Services

Work we perform for a client is governed by a separate written agreement, proposal or statement of work, which sets out scope, fees, timelines and ownership. Where that agreement conflicts with these terms, that agreement controls for the work it covers.

• Advertising spend. Media budgets are paid to the advertising platforms and are separate from our fees unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.
• Client materials. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of anything you give us to use, including claims, logos, images, testimonials and customer data, and for holding the rights to use them.
• Approvals. Work published or launched after your approval is your responsibility as well as ours.
• Platform rules. We work within the policies of the platforms we use. Those policies change, and accounts may be restricted for reasons outside our control.

Intellectual property

The name, logo, text, design and code of this website belong to Clovis Media Group INC. and are protected by law. Ownership of work we create for a client is set out in that client’s agreement, and typically transfers on full payment. We retain the right to describe and display work we have produced as part of our portfolio unless an agreement says otherwise.

Confidentiality

We treat non-public information shared with us by clients and prospective clients as confidential, and we use it only to provide our services or to prepare a proposal.

Third-party platforms and links

Our services involve platforms we do not own, such as advertising networks, analytics tools and hosting providers. Their terms apply to their services, and we are not responsible for their availability, pricing or decisions. This site may link to other websites, and we are not responsible for their content.

Disclaimer of warranties

This website is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error free.

Limitation of liability
