Clovis Media Group
Privacy policy
Last updated 2 October 2026
Clovis Media Group INC. (“Clovis Media Group”, “we”, “us”) operates this website. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It applies to this website and to the marketing services we provide to our clients.
Information we collect
We collect only what we need to answer you and to run our business.
- Information you give us. If you email us or contact us about a project, we receive your name, email address, and anything else you choose to include, such as your company, phone number or details about your business.
- Information collected automatically. Our web host records standard technical data when you visit, including IP address, browser type, pages viewed and the time of your visit. This is used for security and to understand general traffic levels.
- Client information. When we deliver services, we may be given access to a client’s advertising accounts, analytics, customer lists or other business data. We treat that information as confidential and handle it under the terms of our agreement with that client.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and discuss a possible project.
- To provide, maintain and improve the services we have agreed to deliver.
- To send invoices, agreements and other business communications.
- To keep our website secure and working properly.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share your information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Cookies and analytics
This website uses only what is necessary to serve the pages. If we add analytics or advertising measurement in future, we will update this policy and, where the law requires it, ask for your consent first. Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies through their settings.
Who we share information with
We share information only with service providers who help us operate, such as our website host, email provider and accounting software, and only to the extent they need it. We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect our rights, safety or property. If our business is ever sold or merged, information may transfer as part of that transaction.
When we run advertising on a client’s behalf, data may be processed by advertising platforms such as Google or Meta under their own terms and privacy policies.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to respond and for a reasonable period afterwards. Client records are kept for the length of the engagement and for as long as required for legal, tax and accounting purposes. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or render it unreadable.
Your California privacy rights
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, gives you the right to:
- Know what personal information we have collected about you and how we use it.
- Request a copy of that information.
- Request that we delete it, subject to legal exceptions.
- Request that we correct inaccurate information.
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by the Act.
- Not be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights.
To make a request, email dp@clovismediallc.com. We will verify your identity before acting and will respond within the time the law allows. You may use an authorised agent to make a request on your behalf.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect personal information, including encrypted connections and access limited to people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
Our website and services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
